​How Do I Place An Order?​

To place an order, simply click on any picture selection for the design you want. Place your quantity number and size. Click add to my cart and select your payment method.

 

Payment & Shipping

[Elizabeth Collection]’s Shipping Policy Domestic Shipping Policy/Shipment processing time. All orders are processed within [3-7 business days]. Shipments or deliveries do not occur on weekends or holidays. In the event that The Elizabeth Collection experiences a high volume of orders, your order may be delayed. In this case,we will communicate these changes in delivery times. 

 

Customs, duties, and taxes

[Elizabeth Collection] is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).

Production Time

All orders are custom made and take 2-3 days for production before shipping.

Returns & Refunds

  • If you're not satisfied with your purchase, return the eligible product(s) in new and unworn condition in the original packaging for a full refund in accordance with our returns policy. We do not refund the original shipping fees, however.

  • All product packaging and receipt must be returned with the product. Any product(s) returned without original documentation will be rejected. Any product(s) that have been resized, damaged or otherwise altered after delivery will not be accepted for return.

  • Product(s) must be returned using a trackable shipping method. Specific return options depend on your location.

  • Due to COVID 19 risk, for preventative measures No returns will be accepted during this time for refunds.
