As COVID-19 causes new restrictions to be placed worldwide, many businesses have been impacted for the coming weeks and months. Here at the Elizabeth Collection, we are making every effort to maintain our customer satisfaction with the latest updates on our store policies and shipping carriers. 

Our company's shipping carrier is United States Postal Service. On April 17, 2020 the USPS issued a national Industry Alert regarding new changes and delays in standard shipping times. This has caused many of our delivery orders at the Elizabeth Collection to be delayed. We ask that you please be patient during this time of pandemic as we are making every effort to ensure you receive your order in a timely fashion. 

Please Note USPS Changes:

  • The Postal Service’s flagship Priority Mail Express service, which guarantees overnight service, will not change.

  • Service commitments for local 1-day Priority Mail will not change.

  • Priority Mail’s two and three day service commitments now will be extended to three and four days respectfully. 

  • Customers will continue to receive end-to-end visibility and improved product tracking, as well as up to $50 free insurance. 

  • With the extra day extension, customers should expect delivery using Priority Mail Open and Distribute (PMOD) to range from two to four days nationwide.

  • First-Class Package Service (FCPS) two and three day service commitments will also be extended to three and four days respectively.

  • Global Express Guaranteed Services also have been altered. For a full list of international and domestic updates, refer to usps.com.
